This weekly livestream is guided by the astrology of the Moon for that day.

We live by the Sun, but we feel through the Moon.

Your Sun sign reflects how you move through the world; your expression, direction, and outward identity.
The Moon reveals your emotional landscape; how you feel, respond, nurture, and process life.

Because the Moon changes signs every 2–3 days, it continually shapes our collective emotional energy.

We all feel these subtle shifts. When we slow down enough to notice them, we gain clarity about what truly needs our attention.

Each class weaves together lunar astrology, gentle coaching prompts, and deep relaxation. RESTORATIVE classes offer positions to place the body, supported by pillows and soft blocks (yours), to open, expand, and release. YOGA NIDRA classes offer total stillness, an opportunity to truly sense your SUBTLE energy centers while in a dreamlike state. 

Think of it as active rest: your body softens while your mind gently reflects.

Through Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, we calm the physical body so the nervous system, energy centers, and mind can settle.

Restorative is a place where true embodiment begins.

Yoga Nidra is a place where where real neural healing deepens.

Held every Tuesday evening, these sessions offer you permission to pause  to rest your body, quiet your mind, and reset your energy.

Rest is not weakness. It is restoration. It is how you recharge, realign, and return stronger  in SPIRIT, once the body & mind fade enough to ALLOW Divinity to flow through you.

what is RESTORATIVE yoga?

Restorative Yoga is a deeply gentle, therapeutic practice rooted in nourishment, care, and rest.

Unlike Yin Yoga, where you work at your edge, Restorative invites you to let go completely.

There is no pushing, no effort, only permission to stop holding tension.

Movement is minimal. You’ll settle into supported postures and stay there long enough for the body and nervous system to truly relax.

This isn’t exercise or stretching. It’s a practice of stillness, breath, and remembering your worth, separate from what you do or produce.

Each class ends with a grounding Savasana, allowing you to drift into deep rest or even sleep.

You’ll leave feeling calm, restored, sleepy, connected to the higher dimensions, and ready for a sound slumber.

What you’ll need:
• 1 big bolster or 2 body pillows

• foam yoga blocks (4 is best, 2 works perfectly)

• something soft to lie on (bed or mat)

• a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

• sometimes, a yoga strap is helpful
• YOUR favorite: candle(s), music, essential oils-  make it cozy. 

This time is for you.

No yoga or astrology experience needed.

what is yoga nidra?

Yoga Nidra is translated from Sanskrit as “Yogic Sleep” or “Yogic Rest”

It is a fully guided meditation done lying down in Savasana, corpse pose. You are instructed not to  move or sleep, as you journey through your subconscious mind. 

It was developed by Swami Satyananda Saraswati to support the seeker’s experience of the SUBTLE energies of self, of the psychic centers. As our Chakras do not exist in our physical body, Anamaya Kosha, but rather metaphysically, we need an altered state of consciousness to recognize our psychic body, Vijnanamaya Kosha, in order for our mind to perceive them. 

DEEP RELAXATION IS this “altered state”.

And honestly, in today’s world, we all need that kind of reset.

Who is it for?
If you struggle with sleep, anxiety, overthinking, or sitting still… if you “do it all” but never rest, this is for you.

Yoga Nidra is a proven method for:
• Releasing mental stress
• Calming the busy mind
• Supporting deep rest (1 hour can feel like 3 hours of sleep)

You will be set up to have a full, and often insightful night’s sleep (you already got 3 hours sleep).

So, who’s in? 

Take time for yourself, you deserve it. 

You can’t step into your purpose if you’re exhausted.

What you’ll need:
• A bed or soft mat to lie in. 
• A bolster or pillows under your knees (if needed).
• A small towel rolled under your neck (NOT a pillow).

Set up in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

You may light incense or use a favorite oil if you’d like. No sound is necessary. 

We’ll remain completely still in Savasana. You’ll be guided to stay awake but if you fall asleep, enjoy it. No guilt.

No experience with meditation or astrology required.

Her guidance isn’t loud or direct; it’s a quiet pull toward what you truly love.

She doesn’t work with schedules or rules; she moves with flow, intuition, and deep feminine wisdom.

The Moon shapes the ocean tides, and since we are mostly water, she shapes us too.

Join me each week to rest, reconnect, and remember, everything is connected, you are supported, and your unique magic matters.
