If you feel like you are running on empty, sore, burned out, or beat up… THIS practice is FOR YOU! Restorative Yoga gives your BODY the relief it needs to get up and get going again tomorrow.
What makes this type of Restorative AND Nidra so special is that as a Holistic Coach, I offer coaching questions based on the themes of the current Astrological sign the Moon (representing our emotional world) is in, as I guide you through a journey of ponderings for your busy mind to connect with your emotions and let go of the body tension.
We base the theme around which sign the Moon is currently transiting through. I will focus on the part of the physical body and breathwork most affected by the energy of this Sign to support your ease through this transit.
Since coaching questions will be provided, it will be a great time to bring your journal along.
